Mystérieuse entité en provenance du Belarus, Dkharmakhaoz se compose de She (voix) et He (instruments) dont la réunion déploie un black metal annoncé comme expérimental. Pourtant Proclamation ov the Black Suns, leur premier album sorti chez Iron Bonehead Productions, s’oriente plus franchement du côté du black orthodoxe, voire post black, atmosphérique et dissonant à la fois.
